Glastonbudget Arena Entry Guidelines
To keep everyone safe and ensure a great experience, please take note of the following rules when entering the Arena:
🔍 Security Searches
- All bags will be searched upon entry.
- Trolleys & carts unloaded for inspection.
- No cool Boxes or Hard Cases.
- Kids Lunch boxes permitted.
- No glass, metal cutlery or breakable plates.
🍺 Alcohol & Soft Drinks
- No Alcohol Allowed from Outside the Arena.
- Soft drinks in unopened 330ml cans are OK.
- Plastic bottles under 500ml are OK.
- Reusable bottles must be empty.
- Free drinking water is available.
🍽️ Food
You may bring small snacks and essentials like Crisps,Chocolate / nut bars, Fruit & Special dietary items.
đź‘¶ Baby Food
Baby food is allowed, if it needs to be kept cool, please note that cool packs are not permitted. If you require hot water for bottles then please ask at the tocken desk. please observe the 3ltr bag rule.
🥗 Special Dietry Items
“Special dietary items” covers food brought for genuine dietary needs
including (but not limited to):
Gluten‑free or allergen‑free food
Low‑FODMAP, IBS‑friendly options
Medical or health‑related dietary requirements
Specific fitness or nutritional needs
Types of food — items such as:
Gluten‑free sandwiches or wraps
Small portions of pasta, rice or salad
Protein snacks, bars, or similar personal dietary foods
All fine when brought in reasonable quantities for personal consumption during the day.
The key distinction we apply is individual dietary needs vs. full picnic‑style catering for groups.
🍱 Soft cool bags / Lunch Packs
Small, soft‑sided lunch‑bag style cool bags are acceptable. As a general guide, they should be no larger than what one person could reasonably carry by hand.
To help avoid any confusion on the day, our guidance is that food bags are limited to one small, soft lunch‑pack style bag per person, with a maximum capacity of 3 litres per person. These should be used only for small snacks or special dietary items for personal consumption.

large family‑size cool bags, wheeled bags or picnic hampers are not permitted.
Seating & Equipment Guidelines
To ensure everyone enjoys the festival safely and fairly, please follow these important rules:
🪑✅ Camping chairs allowed (designated areas)
Chairs are only permitted in the seating zone and not in the walkways.
Large screens are provided so you can enjoy the stage without blocking others.
đź§ş Picnic Blankets
You may use blankets only in the seating zone or behind back of house at the main stage.Please avoid placing blankets in walkways or emergency routes.
Note: This is a music festival – people may accidentally step on your blanket. Please accept this as part of the experience.
🚨 Safety First
Security will monitor seating areas to ensure emergency routes remain clear. chairs, and blankets must not obstruct pathways. All equipment is brought into the Arena at your own risk.
⛺ Tents
No tents are allowed in the Arena.
Small sunshade tents for children are permitted only in the seating zone and must:
- Be no larger than 1.5m x 1.5m
- Be no taller than 1.2m

Located near the bars for your convenience.
To use:
- Turn your cup upside down.
- Gently press down on the washer.
- Watch your eyes! The water is under pressure and may spray upwards.
