Live in Vehicles
References to campervan or caravan set out in these terms and conditions include any purpose-built portable living accommodation that can be towed
or driven.
You cannot buy a caravan pitch and camp in it, we have to keep different types of accommodation separate for the safety of our customers. We understand that this is permitted on most campsites, however this is not a permanent site.
No camping without a suitable vehicle is permitted, caravans that are deemed to be a health and safety risk could also be excluded.
DEFINITION OF A CARAVAN / MOTORHOME
Caravans and motorhomes are defined as live in vehicles and are purpose built for purpose. And certified by the DVLA. For guidance please visit:

Live in vehicles are fitted with windows, kitchen areas and appliances. They have their own fitted gas system that operate on 6.5kg LPG or 7KG butane.
Pets & Animals Policy
Please note that no animals or pets are permitted anywhere on site, including all campervan and camping fields. Visitors who arrive with pets will be refused entry.
As we are a working farm, we are not required to allow dogs or other animals on-site due to the potential risk of spreading diseases to our livestock. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for our animals and guests.
Only 1 gas bottle of the following sizes:
6.5kg LPG or 7KG butane. No spare bottles allowed, No gas Fired BBQ’s are permitted unless they are a feature of the veichle.
Batteries MUST NOT be stored in the same compartment as Gas Canisters.
This will be checked once sited. Each person within the vehicle must have a valid Weekend Festival ticket.
Your pitch of 6m x 8m maximum in the campervan field is included in the price of your campervan ticket.
If your portable accommodation is likely to exceed this area (including any towing vehicles) you will have to buy another campervan ticket.
It is not possible to ‘overhang’ your vehicles in any way as this creates a safety risk if a fire should break out.
Towing vehicles must stay with the caravan in the allocated pitch for the duration of the festival. Absolutely no vehicles can be driven around any part of the fields except for gaining entry and leaving the site.
There must be a clear 3m space between each vehicle in the caravan and campervan fields or as directed by the campsite stewards and the onsite fire officer.
Strictly one caravan or campervan can be parked in the allocated pitch.
One small tent is or awning allowed to be pitched behind or to the side of the vehicles but MUST NOT go outside the allocated pitch.
No tents or awnings are permitted in the fire lanes or anywhere deemed a safety risk by the campsite stewards or fire officer.

Trading is not permitted anywhere in the camping fields from any vehicle.
In the interests of noise pollution and respecting local residents sound and audio equipment whether fitted to a vehicle or not are not to be operated at volume in the caravan/campervan fields.
All wastewater including toilet and shower waste must be taken and deposited in the Elson points provided.
It is against the law to tip these kinds of waste into the field or nearby streams or rivers.
