Searches
For the safety and security of all our customers, thorough searches will be carried out on entry to the festival.
Scope of Searches – Arena Entry
All attendees will be subject to a personal search before entering the arena. This will include a light touch search to check for concealed items such as weapons, alcohol, or drugs.
Male
Attendees will be searched by male security staff and on occasionally, female security staff.
Female
Attendees will only be searched by female security staff.
Bags and Personal Items
Security staff will need to inspect all bags, pockets, and certain personal items. If you are carrying any of the following, please be aware they need to be examined:
Reusable drink bottles / water bottles
Umbrellas
Suntan creams
Foldable Chairs
Binoculars
Hand sanitiser
Moisturisers
Power banks
Tampons
Hair brushes
Cameras
Blankets
Padded or rolled items
Hats
Fancy dress props
Any item that security consider that could be used to conceal contraband

Large cool bags, including cool rucksacks

Freezer blocks (ice packs)
Bluetooth speakers
Picnics
Large power banks (e.g. Jackery‑type units)

Drones
Unauthorised video equipment
Unauthorised professional camera equipment
Trolleys, Pushchairs & Prams
Trolleys, pushchairs, and prams are permitted, but please note, all contents will need to be inspected thoroughly this may cause slight delays at the search hub during peak times
